By creating an account or using Lost, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Acceptable use
You must use Lost lawfully. Illegal, abusive, deceptive, hateful, or rights-violating content is prohibited.
2. User-generated content
You are solely responsible for everything you upload, publish, or link on your profile. If your content breaks laws or platform rules, responsibility is yours.
3. Copyright and intellectual property
Do not upload or reuse protected works, logos, designs, text, music, video, or code without legal rights. Lost can remove infringing content and restrict accounts when needed.
4. Platform rights and moderation
Lost may moderate, remove content, or suspend accounts that violate these terms or pose security/risk issues.
5. Analytics and service improvement
Lost uses analytics technologies, including Google Analytics, to understand traffic, usage patterns, and improve platform performance and reliability.
6. Limitation of liability
Lost is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent allowed by law, Lost is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use.
